Carin Salomon
Carin is an honest, hard-working and ethical litigation attorney, specializing in civil litigation. She was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and has represented most insurance companies throughout her career. She has a passion for being on her feet in the Court room.
Carin is in court on a daily basis appearing for and on behalf of other law firms. mostly. She has a good relationship with her fellow peers, presiding officers and Court staff.
Before joining this partnership, Carin ran her own sole proprietor for ten years. She has a big correspondent practice and has gained experience in other civil litigation matters that include public liability, collections, rental disputes, evictions, domestic violence matters and divorces.
Peter McIntyre
Admitted as an attorney in 1999, Peter has established himself as a well known attorney in the greater Durban area not only by the community but also clerks, registrars, magistrates, judges and court staff of the Pinetown and Durban Magistrates and Regional courts as well as the Durban High Court.

He is fully bilingual and his home language is Afrikaans.

Peter gets to the office before 6 o'clock and works through lunch. His hobbies include swimming and golf.

Peter completed his B.COM. L.L.B degrees at the Rand Afrikaans University (R.A.U.) in Johannesburg, he qualified as a conveyancer in 2000 and a Notary in 2005. He has earned the right to appear in any of the courts in South Africa, including the High Courts.

Peter's fields of expertise are; Commercial litigation, Estates, Conveyancing, Notarial work, Collections, Matrimonial work, High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation.
He also acts as a local correspondent attorney for various attorneys across South Africa and has a very good working relationship with them, often conducting trials on their behalf.

He is an attorney who has been conducting trials since his second year of articles and therefor has over two decades experience under his belt
